Common questions
- Account or cloud-save issues — open Settings → Account, confirm Game Center is signed in, then tap "Sync now". If the cloud save still fails, send us the diagnostic shown in Settings → About.
- Purchase or refund — refunds for App Store purchases are handled by Apple. See our refund policy for the full process and the link to Apple's request form.
- Data export or account deletion — both flows live in Settings → Account. Export saves a JSON file to your device; deletion removes cloud data and entitlements.
